Access Care of Coastal Texas, Inc. (ACCT) provides compassionate community-based Access to Care for persons with HIV and their health issues. They serve Galveston, Brazoria, Matagorda counties. Their clientele are the general public and people that are HIV-positive. We offer confidential HIV testing (free), prevention counseling, health education/risk reduction, HIV prevention education, clothing assistance, financial education/emergency assistance, housing assistance, medication assistance program, transportation, and volunteer services.
