Assistance Center of Collin County
The Assistance Center of Collin County offers the following services:
- The Center can provide limited assistance with rent or utilities to residents of Collin County. Applicants must be willing to provide identification for all household members, proof of all household income and proof of residency and documentation of their current crisis. Additionally, applicants must have or be willing to form a workable plan for how they will meet their expenses going forward. Initial applications must be made over the phone. If approved, applicants will come into the Center to meet a caseworker to discuss their situation and plan.

- Christmas and Thanksgiving meals
**The food pantry, clothes closet, school supplies, and holiday meals are only available for residents within the Plano Independent School District boundaries.
