Central Care Integrated Health Services
Central Care Integrated Health Services (CCIHS) aspires to provide accessible, affordable and high quality comprehensive healthcare services to all the residents in the Greater Houston Area whose healthcare needs are unmet through patient-centered education, collaborations, wellness and outreach programs to eliminate healthcare disparities. CCIHS prides itself on the fact that they don’t turn anyone away. They care for ALL patients, regardless of insurance coverage, citizenship status or level of income. Central Care Integrated Health Services accepts most insurance plans including Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP and most HMO/PPOs. If you do not have insurance, you may qualify for our Sliding Fee Scale which is based on your income and family size. To determine your eligibility, you must bring the following:
- Picture ID (driver’s license, student/work identification card, passport, government issued ID)
- Proof of income (last 3 paycheck stubs, income tax, social security/disability, bank statement, any government assistance, wage letter, financial aid (college student), supporter statement (relationship, name and contact), self-employed (income tax or bank statement)
- If unemployed (unemployment check stubs or Texas Workforce Commission letter indicating that you are currently unemployed)
CCIHS offers medical, dental, and counseling services to adults and children.
