Chinese Community Center-Houston

The Chinese Community Center (CCC) offers financial counseling to residents of Houston. The Financial Opportunity Center (FOC) provides families with services across three areas: employment placement, financial education, and assistance with accessing public benefits (Medicaid, Gold Card, Supplemental Security Income, Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program, SNAP, income tax assistance, and energy assistance and weatherization programs).
