After School Reading Program
We are partnering with Atkins Technology Elementary School to provide after school tutoring to second and third graders focusing on improving their reading skills. We are tutoring on Mondays and Wednesdays afternoons from 3:15 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. We need committed tutors and substitutes to spend time with the children of Cedar Grove to help strengthen their reading skills. Summer Day Camp
During the summer months, Common Ground has a summer day camp with educational and spiritual activities. Last year, 36 children from the community joined us for fun, art, crafts, games and field trips.
