Compass-Houston

Compass offers case management services to area residents.  Case management services include an initial interview to assess needs, create goals, and develop a plan of action.  Topics addressed might be food, housing, transportation, and clothing.  Follow-up visits may include offering referrals for substance abuse treatment, health/mental health care, and help with finding employment.  Compass sees clients on a first-come, first-served basis so be sure to arrive early.  They are open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 2 pm.
