Dr. Leo S. Butler Community Center
The Dr. Leo S. Butler Community Center serves the residents of South Baton Rouge. They offer rent, mortgage, and utility assistance. Applications are accepted Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Applications are taken on a “first come, first served” basis until the quota of 30 per day has been met.
