Healing Hands Ministries
Healing Hands Ministries offers counseling, primary care, dentistry, pediatrics, and even transportation services to any appointment offered through their office. They accept most insurance plans but can also base your cost on income.
To enroll:
Bring the following documents to the clinic Monday-Friday from 9 am – noon, or 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm (enrollment office closed 12:00 – 1:00 for lunch):

- Proof of residency (the most recent utility bill other than phone or a valid lease with patient’s name). If the bill/lease is in another name, the document must be accompanied by a short letter stating the patient lives at that address. The letter must be signed, dated and include a phone number.
- Valid photo ID
- Most recent pay stub of everyone in the household who works plus any other type of income, such as Food Stamps, child support, disability, Social Security, etc.
- Certified Disability letter, Section 8 Housing documentation and/or Food Stamp letter
- Completed enrollment forms. Pick up forms at our clinic, or download, print and complete.
