The Salvation Army hosts a community holiday meal at the Family Residence shelter, 1603 McGowen, Houston, TX, 77004 (713)650-6530. Starts at 12pm. 

City Wide Club: Serves a hot meal on Christmas Eve Day—they also have clothing, household items, shoes, blankets, coats, flu shots, medical examinations, food baskets, haircuts, new toys, and more.  The meal is held at the George R. Brown Convention Center, 1001 Avenida De Las Americas, Houston, TX, 77010 (713)752-2582.  Please call to register.  11am-2pm.
