Hope Clinic: A Community Health Center
The HOPE Clinic provides health care services to all regardless of patients’ ability to pay. A unique characteristic of HOPE Clinic is its capacity to provide services in 30 different languages, including: Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, Burmese, Arabic, and Spanish. Services include primary care, well woman exams, pediatric care, prenatal care, eye exams, counseling, case management, and oral health. They accept most major health insurance including ACA Marketplace, CHIP, Medicare and Medicaid. If you do not have health insurance, they offer sliding scale fees based on your income and family size. To qualify, bring your recent 1040 tax return, two current monthly pay stubs, and/or a letter from your employer. If you do not have one of these documents, they will help you verify your income. They offer a sliding discount so that you can receive quality health care even though you may not be able to afford the full cost of your medical and behavioral health visits. Their staff can also provide you with information and help you sign up for health insurance that is available.
