The Ministry Assistance of the Near Northwest Alliance (MANNA) offers several services to the northwest quadrant of Houston (77007, 77008, 77009, 77018, 77022, 77037, 77040, 77076, 77088, 77091, and 77092):

MANNA offers emergency assistance to families–requests for assistance are evaluated for eligibility in an interview with a trained volunteer. They also offer vouchers for clothing and/or food, financial classes, referrals to counseling, and assistance with applying for SNAP, TANF, Medicaid, and CHIP.
