For more than 25 years, people have been at the heart of New Hope Housing’s mission. New Hope Housing currently has 7 locations. Please see the website and click on “Locations”. They help residents mend their lives by providing beautiful, affordable single room occupancy (SRO) Housing + Services. Although New Hope Housing only provides SRO housing currently they are working on a community on Reed Road which will include 187 units with one, two and three bedrooms. The rental rates are between $455 and $701 per month including free utilities, cable TV access and on-site support services. Support services include case management; access to primary health care; financial management; life skills training; and in some instances rental support.
