Patriot House provides a semi-private, transitional housing program for homeless veterans, which will prepare veterans for permanent, independent housing within 24 months.

There are 32 units of Veterans Affairs grant per diem program housing within the Patriot House facility and an add additional 32 beds of Veteran’s Program Grant Per Diem.
