Alexander-Harvey Homes offers affordable housing for the elderly in the Baton Rouge area. There are 200 total units available, including 30 studio apartments, 160 single bedroom apartments, and 10 two bedroom apartments.

Elm Street Apartments offers low income housing for seniors. 60 single bedroom, single bath units are available for rent, and section 8 low income housing assistance is available.
