Southeast Community Health Systems
Southeast Community Health Systems offers the following services:
- Medical: well child exams, immunizations, hearing and vision screens, and STD/HIV testing.
- Dental: (services for children and adults)–complete oral exams, x-rays, cleanings, fillings, extractions.
- Women’s Health: pap smears, prenatal care, birth control.
- Behavioral: mental health assessments, case management, substance abuse screening, individual therapy, family therapy, group therapy.
*Southeast accepts most private insurance, Medicare, and Medicaid. Southeast also offers a sliding fee scale for those who are uninsured or underinsured. They can also assist in applying for Medicaid, SNAP (food stamps), and WIC.
