Description:
- Adult Drug Court -A specialized court designed to handle cases involving less serious drug-using offenders through a supervision a treatment program. The program includes frequent drug-testing, case management, substance abuse counseling, treatment, educational opportunities, judicial supervision and incremental rewards and punishment. The judge is actively involved in supervising drug court offenders – more than just placing an individual in a probationary or diversionary program for drug treatment. At any time during your participation, you can be terminated from the program by the Drug Court Judge for non compliance with the rules and treatment plan, which may result in imprisonment.
- Juvenile Drug Court -A program designed to reduce substance abuse and criminal activity among non-violent youth offenders by providing treatment, education, and accountability, to enhance life-skills and promote healthy family and community relationships.
- Family Court Intervention “KIDS FIRST” Program -Family Court has developed a program to assess whether parents and custodians of minor children have a substance abuse issue. The program involves a screening process to determine whether an assessment for substance use disorder is warranted.
