Baton Rouge Primary Care Collaborative, Inc. (BRPCC) is a non-profit corporation created to operate two Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHC) – a Health Care for the Homeless Clinic and a Community Health Center in Baton Rouge, East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.  

Our Mission:  To increase access to high-quality, comprehensive health care services for the underserved population of East Baton Rouge Parish and the surrounding areas regardless of ability to pay.

Our Goal:  To increase access to primary healthcare for the homeless and the medically underserved population.

Asthma treatment, Blood Pressure Monitoring, Chronic Bronchitis/Emphysema, Contraceptives (issued w/counseling), Diabetes Testing/Care, Electronic Medical Records, Family Planning, Flu Vaccinations, Health/Nutritional Education, HIV/AIDS screening/education, Immunizations,  Labs, Pediatrics, Physical Exams, Primary Health Care, Referrals for Specialty Care, STD Testing, TB screening/education, Tobacco cessation, Well Child Check-ups
