Dispute Resolution Center

The Dispute Resolution Center is sponsored by the Houston Bar Association and funded through the Harris County Courts System. The “DRC” has been helping people resolve disputes since 1980. Mediation services are FREE to residents of Harris County, Texas. Mediation is a process in which a neutral third party (mediator) helps the parties communicate with one another in an attempt to reach an agreement that is acceptable to everyone. They mediate regarding general disputes (such as property damage, automobile repossession, towing, repair, and landlord disputes).  They also mediate divorce disputes and active civil cases (such as debt collection, personal injury, insurance claims, etc.)
