Family Law Hotline, is a FREE service offered to Texans in cooperation with the America Family Law Center and Texas Lawyer Referral Service
Call the Family Law Hotline at 713-389-8900 Monday – Friday, 8:00 – 5:00. The Hotline is unable to accept messages, collect calls or return phone calls.
The purpose of the Family Law Hotline to provide free, easy, statewide access to basic legal information, education, and resources for parents and other interested parties for matters regarding family law.
The hotline is intended to provide general information to the following types of matters:
- Possession and access of a child;
- Visitation and custody of a child;
- Conservatorship and parental rights;
- Guardianship;
- Paternity;
- Grandparent’s rights and access to grandchildren;
- Divorce; and
- Virtually any other matter pertaining to family law.

If you are paying child support, and you are not getting to see your child the way you should, call the Family Law Hotline at 713-389-8900.
