- The Health Center: Primary medical care is offered to those with insurance, those without insurance, and to those seeking a low cost alternative. Primary care is offered for men, women, and children. There are no income or residency requirements. This clinic is not free but does have some of the lowest rates in the area. They also offer a sliding scale program for Rockwall County residents.
