Hopeful Solutions provides a home and support services for single mothers in need, as well as their children. We help mothers in need sustain sobriety, gain financial stability, and maintain self-sufficiency.
Jump Start Program
The goal of the Jump Start program is to build a mental, emotional and spiritual foundation that prepares our families to afford financial responsibilities and independent living. The program provides:
emergency transitional housing for 3-6 months
case management (emphasis on healthcare, child care and financial security)
intensive recovery support services and peer recovery coaching
financial management and asset building
individual/family counseling sessions
and more
Out and About Program
Our Out and About program is all about family bonding and social inclusion! The program provides:
on-going therapeutic activities and field trips that addresses the mental and emotional needs of the children and their mothers
social events that give opportunities for our Mothers and their children to bond and develop healthy, caring relationships within the family structure and more.
New Directions Programs
The New Directions program empowers our families to be self-sufficient and achieve the financial and personal goals they have set for themselves and their children. The program provides:
rental assistance for one year
recovery support services and peer recovery coaching
case management (emphasis on healthcare, child care and financial security)
