Housing First’s Homelessness Prevention Department (HPD) is charged with aiding individuals and families who are experiencing homelessness or are at imminent risk of homelessness. The ESG program provides short-term and medium-term assistance to rapidly re-house the literally homeless and prevent homelessness when possible.
