Interfaith of the Woodlands
Family Services include the following. Their service area includes 77380-77382, 77384-77385, the portion of 77386 north of the Grand Parkway, the portions of 77389 and 77375 in the Village of Creekside Park, and the portion of 77354 in the Village of Sterling Ridge.
- Financial Assistance – offers payment assistance with rent, mortgage and utilities
- Prescription Drug Assistance – provides prescription drug funding for those without medical insurance
- Gasoline Assistance – supplies gasoline vouchers to individuals
- Food – distributes food to individuals and families from Interfaith’s Food Pantry
- Clothing Vouchers – supplies client vouchers to be used at the Interfaith Hand Me Up Shop
- Emergency Shelter – provides short-term shelter for those who have a documented plan to achieve permanent housing
- Benefits Assistance – assists clients with applying and managing benefits offered through the Health and Human Services Commission
- Kits 4 Kidz School Supplies – offers students school supplies, backpacks and clothing vouchers.
