Katy Christian Ministries (KCM) offers the following services to those who live within their service area (77084, 77094, 77406, 77423, 77441, 77449, 77450, 77464, 77476, 77485, 77493, 77494):
- Limited financial assistance for rent/mortgage, utilities, medical, gasoline.
- Food pantry: The food pantry is located at 5506 First Street, Katy, 77493 and is open Monday-Wednesday from 8:30 am-12 pm and 1 pm-5 pm, Thursdays from 8:30 am-12 pm and 1 pm-7 pm.
- Counseling referrals
- Medical equipment loan service
- Resale store vouchers for clothing, household items, furniture
- Christmas assistance for eligible families-“Santa’s Sleigh”

KCM also has a domestic abuse center that works with survivors of domestic and sexual abuse. They offer a 24/7 hour crisis hotline specifically for sexual abuse (281) 693-7273 and domestic abuse (281) 391-4357. They also offer crisis intervention, safety planning, therapy services, support groups, emergency shelter referrals, accompaniment to hospital or court, and legal advocacy. The domestic abuse center is located at 5501 First Street, Katy, 77493 and is open Monday-Thursday from 8:30 am-5:00 pm (closed 12-1 for lunch).
