North of downtown Fort Worth is a portion of the city commonly referred to as “Northside.” The physical and spiritual development of the area’s children is addressed through a state-licensed childcare program partnered with the Salvation Army-DFW Metroplex. (Summer & After School) Here too, senior adults receive services and participate in activities that enhance their health and social well-being. There is a minimal weekly cost.

Summer Meals
The summer meals program operates through partnerships between USDA, state agencies and local organizations; to provide free hot meals to eligible low-income children during the summer months. We serve lunch daily to children and youth in the community during the summer months.
