Operation Outreach – Christ Community Health Services

Offers complete acute and primary care, disease prevention, and guidance to Memphis’ homeless population.

A lack of housing should never be a barrier to accessing health care. Operation Outreach, our mobile health care clinic, exists to meet the health needs of over 1,000 of the homeless in the Memphis area each year.

Specifically, we provide screenings for common health problems, health and developmental assessments for children, immunizations, treatment and management of specific disease problems, and treatment of minor injuries.  The Operation Outreach staff can do referrals for homeless patients to enable them to receive evaluations and care beyond that available on the van.  All services are free and provided with respect and confidentiality.
