The Center’s service area includes parts of ZIP codes 70805; 70811; 70812; and parts of 70818 and 70739.  The Charles R. Kelly Community Center through the Office of Social Services offers a variety of services to eligible households such as: rent, mortgage, and utility assistance; project care for seniors; and prescriptions filled (maximum of $50). We also serve as an emergency food pantry that requires a documented emergency; food for seniors (40 pounds); a monthly distribution for seniors meeting income guidelines; and quarterly commodities distributed every 3 months to eligible households.
