The Domestic Abuse Center -Columbia

Description:  The Domestic Abuse Center (DAC) offers a batterer intervention program for court ordered and voluntary clients in many counties of South Carolina. Our program is approved by the various Circuit Solicitors’ offices for the counties in which we operate.  We act as a possible sentencing option for the court system, and we work closely with judges, probation officers and pre-trial diversion programs to hold participants accountable while providing them with the opportunity to learn alternatives to controlling and abusive behavior.
