The Faulk Foundation
The Faulk Foundation may offer assistance with rent/mortgage payment, electricity bill, or coverage of medical costs.
The Faulk Foundation will review applications when any of the following situations exist:
- Families with annual income of less than $20,000, individuals with annual income of less than $14,000. Children must be present in the home.
- One member of the household suffers from a chronic illness or disease
- Basic needs, such as food, clothing, utilities and medical care are inadequate
