Victory Health Partners
Victory Health Partners opened its doors in response to the community’s need for quality, affordable healthcare for adults without health insurance. Victory is a primary care clinic open for patients with appointments 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday. You must qualify as a patient to receive services from Victory. Qualifications are the following:
- you must have no form of private medical insurance
- you must not be eligible for Medicaid, Medicare, or VA benefits
- you must be a resident of Mobile or surrounding counties
- you must be between the ages of 19 and 65
- you must have a gross income of less than three times the Federal Poverty Guidelines
To become qualified as a patient you must make an appointment to determine eligibility. Patient fees are calculated on a sliding scale that is based on family size, gross family income and circumstances. To be a patient of the clinic a $60 annual administrative fee is required. The clinic offers primary care services, medication assistance, counseling, dental care, and vision care.
