The WDMC was established through the department of Environmental and Health Services Department and has been servicing the West Dallas community since 1988. The WDMC offers health and human services to enhance the quality of life of West Dallas residents and aims to serve all residents of the City of Dallas.

• Social Services and Support Program
• Senior Transportation Program
The Social Services & Support Program provides emergency assistance to individuals and families who have experience a temporary financial crisis. Call 214-670-8416 for appointment scheduling every Monday and Wednesday from 9am to 11am.

• Food assistance
• Utility payment assistance
• HOPWA (Housing opportunities for persons with AIDS)
• CEAP (Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program)
• Financial Literacy (money management, budgeting, etc.)
