- Housing: CitySquare owns more than 700 housing units in Dallas. To learn what options are available to you, we offer walk-in appointments in Bldg. 100 of the CitySquare Opportunity Center (1610 S. Malcolm X Boulevard, Dallas, 75226). When you come to Bldg. 100, you’ll meet with one of our case managers who can give you information about the housing options available to you through CitySquare (and elsewhere in the community if you do not qualify for one of our housing programs). - Food Pantry: Neighbors can visit the CitySquare Food Pantry every 15 days and choose the items they want, eliminating the food waste that occurs with pre-made grocery packs. The Food Pantry is an entry point for CitySquare’s 21 other programs ranging from job training to housing and healthcare.Hours

9 a.m. – Noon & 1 – 4 p.m. - Health Services: The CitySquare Community Clinic has consistently served adults and children by providing a permanent medical home for the uninsured in our community. They offer primary care for adults and children, mental health counseling, and referrals for specialty services. Medical visits are $10 per appointment with no enrollment fee. New patients must provide proof of income, proof of residency, and a valid picture ID. They are open Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and Thursday evenings.
